It Starts With A Idea
You may already have a vision of the improvement you want to carryout , complete with pictures. Perhaps, you just have a feeling that the design of something, big or small, needs to be changed.
Free Consultation
We believe in communication before construction. It's important to listen to you and your family – your concerns and expectations, your ideas and opinions. We've found it's the best way to turn wood, plaster, and tile into a place where you will feel comfortably at home. And because your satisfaction is important to us, It starts with a FREE no obligatory first visit to your home. We will sit down with you to discuss your home improvement needs and expectations. We will work with you to select your choice of materials and provide a construction-friendly design. We want to be sure that your project will be everything you've dreamed of. It's just the way we do business. Together we create a wish list , define the scope of your project and set a realistic budget.
Design , Development And Obtaining Building Permit
 Following our free consultation visit , we will perform a site visit with our team of trades people specific to your project. After answering any questions you may have, we will provide a detailed proposal defining the scope of work you have requested and a price for the project along with a detailed chart schedule and tentative start and completion dates. We will assist you in arranging architectural drawings and obtaining building permission and work through regulations to ensure your project meets all ordinances and codes

Prior To Work Beginning
Having specified a tentative start and completion dates, we guarantee to pay you £100 each day your project is delayed.
You will be introduced to your lead builder and an accountable project manager who will visit your projects on a near daily basis, or as required. You will be provided his cell phone number and are encouraged to call with any questions or concerns you may have from 7 AM to 7 PM Mon-Sat.
Payment
We keep our down payment low at 10% when signing the contract and progress payments in stages to allow you to monitor and approve construction as it progresses. Finally, we allow you to retain a portion of the total until you have ensured that the punch list is completed.
Communication
Your allocated accountable project manager will communicate with you daily to answer questions, resolve problems in a timely manner, and provide scheduling updates.
Our office will also send out a weekly Project Update via email to to keep you informed of the progress of your job from start to completion
