Now here is the deal, if you find a run down 2 bedroom house on the market for up to £40,00 below market value, all you need do is include our £17,080 fixed refurbishment quote into your budget and make a £22,920 gain.
While you may find other contractor that can match our price, it's very unlikely that you find one that get the work done well for less based on our specification and set timeframe.
If you find a bargain contractor that can beat our price and get the job done well within our set timescales then, go for it. But be careful of "cowboy builders" who make dishonest livings exploiting the relative ignorance of their clients by either tempting clients with unrealistically low sum only to abandon the project after collecting money or charge large sums of money then perform poor / substandard work.
These firms are rarely competent and insured, are far less likely to back up their work, please do check that they are Registered Member of a Trade Association. We are members of the Federation of Master Builders and the Guild of Master Craftsmen, are they? At least if anything goes wrong you will have our trade associations to fall back
