2. Who do you send to do the job that I need doing?
   A competent handyperson in a  YES handyman^® branded uniform with  company ID displayed to enable you know exactly who you are opening their door to.
   
   
   
3. How do you charge for your service?
   At YEShandyman^®, we charge by the hour .Full day rates are also available and offer considerable savings over the flat hourly rate: See Our Rates>
   
   
   
4. How do I pay for your service?
   You can either pay by credit card, cash or or cheque.
   
   
   
5. Do you have insurance liability?
   Yes, we have £1,000,000 Public Liability Insurance for our customer's protection.
   
   
   
6. How much does your service cost?
   Our minimum charge starts at £50 for travel, diagnosis, liability insurance and repairs within the first hour. After that, it's £29 for job completed within each hour after. Evening and Sunday work is charged at a 50% premium. See Our Rates>
   
   
   
   
7. Is there a call-out charge?
   Yes, if we come out and you don't want us to do the job, we only charge a £20.00 fee and not the full £50
